Goals
- Anticipate and remove barriers to student progress related to policies, procedures, curriculum, and culture.
- Implement outcomes-based performance metrics across all teams.
- Fully leverage the Adtalem network as a Category of One.
- Re-establish B Corp status.
2024-2025 Potential Key Activities
- Execute on transformation initiatives which are responsive to the deep dives in 2023 around doctoral, undergraduate and Tempo experiences.
- Reinvigorate First Year Student Progress across all degree levels.
- Revise curricula and associated capstone processes in professional doctorate programs.
- Continue execution on Students at the Center support model.
- Execute partnership pathways with Adtalem institutions.
