The Office of Teaching and Learning Excellence (OTLE) provides orientation, training, and development to support and empower faculty and academic leaders to meet the diverse needs of Walden students. We ensure new and existing faculty have the tools necessary to promote inclusivity, access, and excellence in the Walden University teaching and learning experience.

Faculty Support Agents - provide individualized assistance to support the unique instructional technology, teaching, and learning needs of Walden University faculty.

Walden Faculty Coaching

Walden Faculty Coaching - Faculty coaches offer faculty members an opportunity to collaborate in a confidential 1:1 session. Sessions are solution focused so most faculty members only meet with a faculty coach one time when discussing a specific topic. If more questions arise additional faculty coaching sessions can be easily scheduled.
