What are my tuition and fees?
To access tuition and fees information, make sure to review the Walden Student Handbook: Tempo Tuition and Fees.
How do I find my bill, make a payment, or select my refund delivery method?
Once you are logged in your student portal (My Tempo Portal), select My Account in the upper right. From there, click on the Invoice and Payment tab. There you will be able to view your current invoice, make a payment, and view your refund options.

How do I access my financial aid portal?
Financial aid is available for those who apply and qualify. To view your financial aid portal, log in to myTempo.waldenu.edu. A link to the myFinAid portal is located in the “Resources” area on the “My Learning” tab. Please note: you need to complete the FAFSA® for the correct award year to receive access to the Financial Aid portal. For issues with access, please contact TempoFinancialAid@mail.waldenu.edu
When does financial aid disburse?
Timing of financial aid disbursements can depend.
Provided that your financial aid application is complete, all necessary documents are received, (including official transcripts), you have accepted your credit agreement for the subscription period, and you do not have any overlapping awards, your financial aid should disburse around day 17 of the subscription period. Any credit balance is refunded to students within 14 days of disbursement.

I’m receiving financial aid- why did I receive an invoice?
Invoices are tied to registration and are generated when you first accept your offer of admission for your first term, and provided you register for a future term, are generated about 30-35 days before the start of a new subscription term. Invoices are generated for all students, including those who use financial aid.
Does my subscription fee get prorated if I finish my program before the end of a subscription period?
Yes, a student’s subscription fee is prorated based on the date that they achieve or master their last competency in the program. Please note that the program fee is not pro-rated. For more details about proration, please contact our billing team: CBLbilling@mail.waldenu.edu
