BUSI 3013 - Project Management Skills Workplace Certificate

(5 credits)

Project management involves wearing many different hats—from managing time and deliverables, to negotiating, to establishing trust and building relationships with stakeholders. In this course, students “try on” these hats by exploring project management functions and skills. They assume a project management role to solve a career-related challenge using skills they have developed throughout the course. Students have the opportunity to earn the PMSCP® micro-credential as part of the course.
